Spring Retreat 2026 features Marie Dennis, Pax Christi International, on Gospel Nonviolence

Pax Christi Massachusetts welcomed Marie Dennis, director of Pax Christi International’s Catholic Institute for Nonviolence, as the featured presenter for its Spring Retreat on April 11 at Mary, Mother of Hope Parish, in Springfield. Her topic was “Gospel Nonviolence in Perilous Times.” During the morning, Marie guided reflections on various aspects of nonviolence, and during the afternoon she focused on the biblical underpinnings of nonviolence and updates on the work of the Catholic Nonviolence Initiative and the Catholic Institute for Nonviolence, both Programs of Pax Christi International.
